Are you passionate about playing a part in the great adventure of helping the gospel go forth to those who are waiting to hear about Jesus? Join the StoryRunners® staff team and help us fulfill the Great Commission among unreached people groups in oral cultures. As a missionary staff member of the StoryRunners team, your unique talents will help local people develop oral Bible stories in order to launch church planting movements among unreached people in oral cultures. A variety of roles are available to help us reach this vision; some positions require regular international travel while other professional roles can be done from our Orlando office at Lake Hart, the headquarters of Cru®. All Cru missionary staff positions develop a team of ministry partners to fund their salary and ministry expenses.

International Story Trainer
Equip local people in remote locations to produce oral Bible stories in order to launch church planting movements among unreached people who don’t have access to the Bible. Your exciting role will require you to travel internationally for a month at a time, up to four times per year, to far away locations. When not traveling, you will serve in our Orlando office, helping fulfill the vision of StoryRunners to see followers of Christ in communities of faith among unreached people groups living in oral cultures.

Build and lead a team of fund development staff that invite people to partner in what God is doing through StoryRunners. Your vital role will implement a variety of strategies to develop relationships and invite partners to invest in equipping people in unreached people groups to launch church planting movements through oral Bible stories.

US Training / Events Team Leader
Lead and manage special events and training events which increase visibility and awareness of StoryRunners to accomplish the vision of seeing multiplying disciples among unreached oral people groups.
Digital Analyst / Producer
Help fulfill the Great Commission among unreached people groups living in oral cultures as an expert on digital strategies for StoryRunners. You will help StoryRunners operate smoothly as you monitor and maintain data integrity, and you will help us increase our digital effectiveness as you analyze data and implement changes based on the trends. Experience in SEO, UX and Google Analytics preferred. In addition, you may be asked to update and maintain StoryRunners’ website (WordPress-based), as well as procure, maintain and store the variety of StoryRunners field recording equipment.
Marketing and Communications Team Leader
Develop, implement and manage a marketing plan for StoryRunners that will attract potential ministry partners, staff, interns and volunteers to generate good will for the purpose of accomplishing the StoryRunners vision.

Help fulfill the Great Commission among unreached people groups in oral cultures by equipping StoryRunners team members to be Christ-centered, fully funded and financially-faithful. Inspire and coach interns and staff members in the skills that enable them to successfully mobilize a team of financial ministry partners. Your ministry will ensure that your teammates are fully funded and, therefore, able to equip others in unreached people groups to launch church planting movements through oral Bible stories.
Social Media Specialist
Help fulfill the Great Commission among unreached people groups in oral cultures as a social media specialist with StoryRunners! Your posts will invite the StoryRunners audience to consider the great need for oral Bible resources among unreached people groups. Create awareness while inspiring people toward their next steps in investing their time, talent and treasure in helping fulfill the Great Commission.
Volunteer Coordinator
Develop and implement opportunities for volunteers to serve as ambassadors for StoryRunners. Equip and coach these ambassadors to represent StoryRunners at churches, mission fairs, career fairs and storytelling trainings. You will play a strategic role in inviting people to invest their time, talent and treasure in the mission of equipping people in unreached people groups to launch church planting movements through oral Bible stories.
